QMS Pro is a self-hosted AS9100, ISO 9001, and API Q1 quality management system — 36 modules, 20+ forms, your data on your own server. Install it yourself, hand it to your IT team, or have us install it for you. No cloud, no monthly hosting fees beyond your license.
Built by quality professionals for small manufacturers — no enterprise bloat, no recurring cloud infrastructure, just a complete quality system that works the day you open it.
QMS Pro is self-hosted on a Windows PC on your network — your QMS data never travels to a third-party cloud. We install and configure it for you remotely; your team accesses it from any browser on the LAN. The right answer for AS9100, ITAR, and CMMC-conscious shops.
Pre-loaded with sample data, 36 modules configured for AS9100, and an onboarding checklist that guides you to certification readiness step by step.
QF-715 Calibration, QF-720 Training, QF-811 Risk Worksheet, QF-820 PO Review, AS9102C FAI, AS9145 PPAP, AIAG PFMEA/DFMEA, CoC Generator, OJT Sign-Off, and more.
Every edition includes AES-256-GCM database encryption with PBKDF2-SHA-256 key derivation (310,000 iterations). Server traffic runs over HTTPS with a self-signed certificate generated during install (or use your own CA certificate).
Attach calibration certificates, audit reports, signed forms, photos, and test data directly to any record in any module. All stored on your server — no third-party cloud storage involved.
Archive completed records from any module without deleting them. Restore at any time. Essential for audit trails and AS9100 Cl. 7.5 record retention compliance.
One dashboard pulls every due item from all 19 data sources — calibrations, audits, training certs, CAPAs, PM tasks, risk reviews, supplier re-evals, DCNs, OJT cards, KPI alerts — sorted by urgency.
Every employee has a profile showing all their training sessions, competency evaluations, OJT sign-offs, and certification expirations — linked and searchable.
Built-in CMMC 2.0 self-assessment covering all 110 NIST SP 800-171 practices across 14 domains. Auto-fills your edition’s compliance score and exports a POA&M for DoD SPRS submission.
Walk into your next audit with every clause already mapped. QMS Pro links each AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001:2015 clause to the specific processes, documents, and records that satisfy it — with a coverage ring showing confirmed evidence vs. gaps before your auditor finds them. The one-click Auditor View takes an assessor straight from any clause to the supporting evidence. Stop scrambling to assemble evidence the night before.
When the auditor asks "show me your last calibration certificate for gauge G-247," you don't dig through folders — you ask QMS Pro and it surfaces the answer instantly. The Audit Assistant searches across every module, with 12 one-click queries for the most common auditor asks and a Question Library of 43 curated questions with model answers. Rehearse beforehand, recover on the spot, and walk out with zero findings instead of corrective actions.
The certification audit is the highest-stakes moment in the AS9100 lifecycle. Two features in QMS Pro make it dramatically less painful: Clause Mapping and the Audit Assistant. Together they turn the question "can you show me evidence for clause 8.4.2?" from a panicked search into a one-click answer.
A living traceability matrix that links each AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001:2015 clause to your real processes, controlled documents, and objective evidence. The coverage ring shows confirmed clauses vs. gaps at a glance. When the auditor opens to clause 7.5.3.2, you don't search — you click and the supporting evidence is already there.
When the auditor asks "show me your last calibration certificate for gauge G-247," you don't dig through folders — you type or speak the question and QMS Pro surfaces the answer instantly. Twelve quick-query buttons cover the most common asks. The Question Library has 43 curated audit questions with model answers and one-click "Pull Evidence."
Most QMS software lets you log records. QMS Pro helps you defend them.
Every screen you need to run a compliant AS9100 quality system — designed to be clear, fast, and audit-ready.

Every module ships pre-configured with realistic sample data so you can see exactly what your QMS looks like before entering a single record.
Whether we install it for you, your IT contractor handles it, or your team self-installs — the deployment workflow is the same and installation service is included with every license.
Any Windows 10 or 11 PC on your network that stays on during business hours. Most clients designate a back-office PC they already have — nothing new to buy.
Three options: we install it remotely, your IT team or contractor handles it, or you self-install using the included setup script. All three paths use the same installer and produce the same result.
Follow the onboarding checklist to add your company name, users, processes, documents, and initial risk assessment. Sample data shows exactly what each module does.
Your team accesses QMS Pro from any browser on your LAN. Record nonconformances, track corrective actions, log audits, manage calibration — everything in one place, on your own infrastructure.
The default for clients without dedicated IT. We connect via Windows Quick Assist (free, built into Windows) and walk through installation together over a 60–90 minute call. You watch what we do; we hand off credentials and a written installation summary at the end. Included with your license.
For shops with a dedicated IT staff or contracted IT service. We provide the deployment package, the PowerShell installer script, and a technical deployment guide written for IT professionals. Your IT contact runs the install on a schedule that works for them. We're available for questions throughout.
For tech-comfortable buyers who'd rather do it themselves. The same deployment package, installer script, and step-by-step guide. Most self-installers complete setup in about two hours including any troubleshooting. Email support included.
Monthly subscription per company — unlimited users included. No per-seat charges, no user limits, no hidden fees. All editions include the full QMS feature set and installation service. Fractional Quality Manager service available separately.
“We went from a folder of spreadsheets to a compliant AS9100 QMS in two weeks. The onboarding checklist walked us through every step. Our registrar was impressed.”
“The workload dashboard alone is worth the subscription. I open QMS Pro every morning and immediately know what needs attention. Nothing slips through anymore.”
Everything you need to know about QMS Pro before you buy.
Self-hosted. QMS Pro runs on a Windows PC on your network — your QMS data never leaves your infrastructure. Multiple users on your LAN can access it concurrently from any browser. This is the right model for AS9100, ITAR, and CMMC-conscious manufacturers whose customers (primes, registrars, regulators) want quality data on controlled infrastructure. We install and configure it for you remotely.
Yes. QMS Pro covers every AS9100 and ISO 9001 clause with 36 pre-configured modules and 20+ embedded quality forms including AS9102C FAI and AS9145 PPAP.
Most installations are complete in 60–90 minutes. We schedule a remote setup session over Windows Quick Assist (free, built into Windows), connect to your designated server PC, and walk through installation together. After install, you follow the built-in onboarding checklist to add your company name, users, and processes. All 36 modules are pre-loaded with sample data.
Any of the three — you choose, and the price is the same. Most clients without dedicated IT prefer the remote install: we connect via Windows Quick Assist and complete setup together in 60–90 minutes. Clients with IT staff or a contracted IT service often hand off the installer package and deployment guide to their IT person, who runs the install on their own schedule. A smaller number of tech-comfortable buyers self-install using the included PowerShell script and step-by-step guide — typical self-install time is about two hours. All three paths use the same deployment package and produce the same result. Email support is included on every path.
Unlimited users, no per-seat fees. Every QMS Pro license includes unlimited user accounts — whether you have 5 employees or 500, the price is the same. Add users at any time from inside QMS Pro without contacting us. This is one of the structural advantages of the self-hosted model: the software runs on your server, so adding users costs us nothing and we don't charge you for it. Your only practical limit is the server PC’s capacity to handle concurrent logins, which for typical small manufacturers is far higher than you’ll ever need.
Yes. QMS Pro includes a CMMC 2.0 Level 2 self-assessment covering all 110 NIST SP 800-171 practices across 14 domains. It auto-fills your edition’s built-in security score and exports a POA&M CSV for SPRS submission preparation.
PFMEA (AIAG 4th Edition), DFMEA, Gauge R&R (MSA), SPC Control Charts with Cpk/Ppk, AS9102C First Article Inspection, AS9145 PPAP, Certificate of Conformance, Document Change Notices, Audit Checklists, Quality Plans, Inspection Records, and a Root Cause Analysis toolkit with 5-Whys, 8D, Fishbone, and Is/Is-Not.
Absolutely. QMS Pro is built on ISO 9001 foundations. Aerospace-specific forms like FAI and PPAP are included but completely optional. Any manufacturer or supplier pursuing ISO 9001 certification will find everything they need.
Your data stays on your infrastructure. There is no cloud server, no telemetry, no data collection — the QMS Pro database lives on your server PC. All editions include AES-256-GCM encrypted storage. The server runs over HTTPS with a self-signed certificate (or you can install a certificate from your own CA). Concurrent access by your team is controlled by login credentials you manage. Nightly automated backups are configured during install.
Any modern Windows 10 or 11 PC will do — 4 GB RAM is enough, 8 GB is more comfortable, and 50 GB free disk space for the QMS, attachments, and backups. The PC needs to be powered on during business hours and connected to your network (wired Ethernet preferred). Most clients designate a back-office PC they already have. Users on other PCs access the QMS through any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) over the LAN.
Yes. QMS Pro for API Q1 is a dedicated edition for oil and gas manufacturers and API Monogram licensees. It uses correct API Q1 clause references throughout, adds all of the requirements by API Q1 Cl. 5.3.3, and updates all terminology for the petroleum industry. $149/month, billed annually.
An ongoing service in which Key Management Consulting acts as your remote quality manager. We log into your QMS Pro installation and do the administrative work — management review preparation, document control, internal audit scheduling, supplier scorecards, CAPA administration, training records maintenance. Useful for smaller shops that need a quality manager's expertise without hiring one full-time, and for established shops that want to offload routine QMS administration. Billed by retainer or hourly; quote on request.
Updates are handled remotely as part of your service. When a new version is available, we schedule a brief remote session (typically 15 minutes) to update your installation. Your data is preserved — updates only replace the server files, not the database. All updates are included with your license at no extra charge.
QMS Pro covers every AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirement in a single, affordable system — without the enterprise complexity.
QMS Pro is purpose-built for AS9100 certification. Every module maps directly to an AS9100 clause — from Cl. 7.1.5 Calibration and Cl. 8.4 Supplier Control to Cl. 8.7 Nonconforming Outputs and Cl. 10.2 Corrective Actions. Aerospace manufacturers use QMS Pro to achieve and maintain AS9100 certification without expensive enterprise QMS software.
Small manufacturers pursuing ISO 9001 certification face a choice between overpriced enterprise systems with per-seat fees and under-featured spreadsheets. QMS Pro fills that gap: a complete, audit-ready quality management system with unlimited users on every license at a price small businesses can actually afford. Risk assessment, document control, corrective actions, management review, KPI tracking — every requirement covered, every employee included.
Defense contractors handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) need a QMS that supports ITAR compliance and CMMC 2.0 readiness. QMS Pro is self-hosted on your infrastructure with AES-256-GCM encryption and a full CMMC 2.0 Level 2 self-assessment tool. Your data never touches a cloud server — it stays on your controlled network where your customers, registrars, and regulators expect it.
Oil and gas manufacturers, API Monogram licensees, and oilfield service companies need a QMS purpose-built for API Q1. QMS Pro for API Q1 includes correct clause references throughout, the Contingency Plans module required by Cl. 5.3.3, and petroleum-industry terminology. Unlike enterprise QMS software priced for global operators, QMS Pro is affordable for the small and mid-size oilfield manufacturers who actually make the equipment.
Most QMS software vendors push you to their cloud. QMS Pro runs on a Windows PC on your network — the same network where your CAD files, ERP, and shop floor systems live. Quality data stays under your IT policy, your customer agreements, and your registrar's review. The right answer for AS9100, ITAR, and CMMC-conscious shops whose customers (primes, registrars, regulators) want quality data on controlled infrastructure rather than a third-party cloud.
Fill out the form and we will be in touch the same business day — whether you want a live demo, a quote, or just have questions about QMS Pro.
